  • Photograph (members only)
  • Debit/Credit card details
  • Bank account details

Note that we do not store card details on our web servers. These are only stored on Spreedly, a third party, servers. Spreedly are responsible for protecting the security of card data (defined as a cardholder’s account number, expiration date and CVV2) in their possession and will maintain commercially reasonable administrative, technical and physical procedures to protect all the personal information regarding you that is stored in their servers from unauthorized access and accidental loss or modification.

 

HOW DO WE USE THIS INFORMATION?

We will use your personal information to provide you with services, products or information that you have requested and for administration purposes. We may need to share your information with our service providers for these purposes. We will not share your information with ant external party for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may also share your personal data to the extent that we are required to do so by law, in connection with any ongoing or prospective legal proceedings. We may also disclose your personal data in order to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights (including providing information to others for the purposes of fraud prevention and reducing credit risk).
