Our individually designed high specification meeting rooms and boardrooms in Mayfair, St James’s and Holborn Circus can seat up to 12 people and offer HD screens and audio-conferencing facilities.
All meeting rooms are charged on an hourly basis from only £65 per hour and include complimentary tea, coffee, still and sparkling water. We can cater also for both breakfast and lunch meetings.
Our high-specification boardrooms can seat up to 12 guests and are perfect for formal board meetings or private dining. The rooms feature large HD screens, Starleaf video conferencing, audio-conferencing and unique pieces of contemporary art. Our boardrooms are charged on an hourly basis from only £85 per hour.
Our flexible presentation rooms can be booked separately or together to accommodate up to 80 people to provide an ideal space for larger presentations, off-sites, product launches, team-building events, town hall-style meetings or drinks receptions.

We can also arrange post-meeting and celebratory canape & bowl food events in the evening. Hosting events throughout the year, The Clubhouse works with professional event caterers to offer tasty food to impress your guests.
